At First Adventure we understand that by investing in our team we are investing in the children and creating the quality of program that all children and families deserve.
We believe that educators are the cornerstone to quality and provide the foundation of the organizations from which everything else grows. We strive to feed our educators curiosity and passions and encourage their learning through reflective practice and experiential learning.
Our early childhood educators are committed to creating and implementing high quality programs based on the holistic development of each child.
First Adventure prides itself on hiring highly qualified early childhood educators who are sensitive, creative, and enthusiastic teachers.
Each staff is required to have current first aid and CPR training, up to date immunizations, a clear police vulnerable sector check, and be a registered member of the College of Early Childhood Educators (as applicable).
In addition to our highly skilled staff, First Adventure programs are complimented by a wide array of volunteers and students.
